Early life
Tommy grew up with his partner and friend Ben Miller, who was Lindy Samspon's boyfriend and one of the victims of the flirtual killer.
Tommy was also involved with hacker Bubonic. When he was investigating Bubonics identity he was interrogating his girlfriend who later killed herself in her cell by hanging herself with shoe laces due to fear.

Tommy is a detective who works in the cyber crimes unit.
Personality
Tommy is quite concealed. Other than Ben Miller he has no known friends and is very dedicated to his work. Tommy does make an extra effort in front of Jake Bolin and is also very protective over Lindy, even with his feelings for her.
